The Brief
Piece of the Rock came to us with a strong business and a website that was holding them back. They had built a reputation across Bermuda for the quality of their service, with two consecutive Bermudian P&S Awards for Corporate Transportation behind them, but their old Squarespace site was slow and unreliable, and bookings were suffering for it. The brief was straightforward. A fast, modern site, and a booking system the team could actually rely on.
The Solution
We designed and built a custom WordPress site alongside an interactive booking system that handles airport transfers, hourly hire, and prearranged journeys. Bookings sync straight into Google Calendar, with drivers assigned in real time and the day-to-day admin running itself, so the team can focus on the service rather than the back office.
Custom WordPress Theme
Built from scratch, with no theme builders or templates underneath. The new site reflects the Piece of the Rock brand and gives the team full control over their content without needing a developer for everyday updates.
Custom Booking System
Airport transfers, hourly hire, and prearranged journeys all run through one interactive system, with custom logic guiding guests through in seconds. Hotel partners use the same system through their own booking forms to arrange transport on behalf of their guests.
Google Calendar Integration
Bookings sync straight into Google Calendar the moment they're made, so drivers can be assigned in real time. The back-office workflow that used to slow the team down now runs in seconds.

The Results
