The Brief
MASC provides therapy and counselling services for men in Bermuda. When they came to us, they had a basic web presence that wasn’t pulling its weight. Prospective clients had questions the site couldn’t answer, and the team was absorbing admin that a better-built platform could handle. The brief was clear: build something that works as hard as the people behind it. A site that guides men through a sensitive first step, provides the information they need to feel comfortable, and gives the MASC team more time to focus on their clients.
The Solution
We rebuilt the site from the ground up on a fully custom WordPress theme, designed specifically around how MASC operates and the journey a prospective client takes. The result is a platform that does a lot of the groundwork quietly behind the scenes, from helping someone identify what they’re dealing with, to submitting an intake form, to finding an upcoming event, all without picking up the phone.
Custom WordPress Theme
Built from scratch using custom WordPress blocks, giving the MASC team full control over their content. Everything can be updated without touching code or calling in support.
Fully Responsive Design
The site performs consistently across all devices. Given the personal nature of the service, people need to be able to access it privately and comfortably, however they're browsing.
Intake Forms & Events
Online intake forms handle the first stage of client onboarding directly through the site, cutting down on back-and-forth. Upcoming events are promoted and managed through the same platform.
A-Z Symptom Finder
A collaborative feature that lets visitors explore what they might be experiencing, matched to relevant support. It reduces the barrier of having to know exactly what to say, and answers questions that might otherwise have gone to the MASC team directly.
The Results
Since launch, the new site has made a tangible difference to how MASC operates and how men find them. Admin that once required direct contact is now handled online, enquiries have grown, and the practice is more visible to the people searching for what they offer.
