The Brief
Bermuda Chemist Warehouse supplies pharmaceuticals to pharmacies and medical services across the island. By the time they came to us, they’d outgrown what their existing Wix site could do. Managing a catalogue of over a thousand products manually wasn’t working, and their ordering process wasn’t built for the volume they were handling. They needed a proper platform, one that authorised buyers could use to place orders efficiently, and that wouldn’t require constant manual upkeep to keep accurate.
The Solution
We moved the business from Wix to a fully custom WooCommerce build, designed from the ground up around their product catalogue and ordering workflow. The centrepiece is a live integration with their QuickBooks accounting system, which keeps product data and inventory automatically in sync. Authorised pharmacists and medical services log in to browse, order, and receive clear printable order documentation, with no phone calls or email chains required.
Custom WordPress Theme
Built with custom blocks, the theme is structured around the needs of a trade ordering environment rather than a typical retail experience. Clean, functional, and straightforward to use.
QuickBooks Integration
Product data and inventory levels pull directly from QuickBooks and stay in sync automatically. Over a thousand products, updated without manual intervention, means the catalogue is always accurate.
Gated Ordering System
Only authorised pharmacists and medical services can access the ordering area. The sign-in system keeps the platform secure and ensures purchases are made by verified account holders only.
